- Will updated the two validation_report.ipynb, one for each PACS band:
--Added flux comparison with COSMOS2015 SPIRE data.
--Added background value histograms
--Generated the P-value histogram
--Plotted high flux objects, high background and high P-value objects onto the SPIRE maps

## 2017-02-02 Initial submission
- Pete submitted the DMU product.
- The data was downloaded from Pete's link and saved as
  `dmu26_XID+PACS_COSMOS_20170303.fits` in the data folder.
