Started moving over to new multi-notebook format that has been implemented in 'flagship'
ELAIS-N1 field.

## 2017-04-05: Initial notebook

Initial version of the notebook for master-catalogue creation started at HELP Bootcamp, in 
Devon. Table of relevant pristine catalogues is from the spreadsheet on the above date.
